kdebase-workspace-bin software package provides transitional package for kde-workspace-bin, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kdebase-workspace-bin
kdebase-workspace-bin is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kdebase-workspace-bin package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kdebase-workspace-bin *
You will get with kdebase-workspace-bin package name, version, architecture and description in a table
